Refund & Replacement Policy

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right.

How can I get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

You can initiate Return/Exchange query for your order by simply text us on whatsapp.

Once you have completed the form, one of our team members will email you regarding the approval and the next steps in the process.

Applicable only if:

- You receive a damaged product.

- You receive the wrong item.

Action: We will refund or replace (depending on availability).

Terms for Exchange / Returns :

• Unboxing video is mandatory.

• Claim must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.Any requests received after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Amount spent during Ongoing Sales can only be refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months.

• Products bought during the Stock Clearance Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

• If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/exchange will not be processed.

• Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Return Pickup

• Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of ₹150.

• For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other applicable charges) for the product to be shipped back to the warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product.

No refund/replacement for

• Change of mind.

• Slight color differences.

• Incorrect selection by customer.

Refund Process:
